In the Jungle Relic, there are three challenges awaiting your arrival. There is actually a fourth challenge, but you are warned not to clear the last task.

Running into Murph in Lyra Forest

Upon clearing the previous mission Murph meets up with you and wants to tell you about his mission that he completed but you don't want to hear it so you and him head back to the Ringtown Ranger Base.

Back at Base[edit]

After a job well done with your previous mission Spenser promotes you to Ranger Rank 7! With this Rank, you can now use the Dark and Ghost Poké Assists. Also you can now be accompanied by 6 other Pokémon along with you Partner Pokémon. Spenser then unlocks the 4th segment of your Partner Gauge.

Obtaining Ranger Rank 7

You receive a message from Cameron who asks you to come to Summerland if you aren't on an important misdion since you helped with Percy's Politoed. Spenser says it's a great idea and gets you authorized to use the Dragonite Bus so you can head to Summerland. Go up the elevator and go to Spenser and the Dragonite Rider. The rider says you have to capture the Dragonite and get your feelings across to Dragonite before you can ride it. Once you are ready, capture it then ride it to Summerland.

Thanks from Cameron[edit]

Upon arrival to Summerland you met up with Percy who gets Cameron. Cameron wants to properly thank you by giving you a gift which is inside the base. Head inside and you find out that the gift is a submersible called the Aquamole. The mechanic calls it a piece of junk and he needs to repair it. Solana/Lunick then hops into the base and says she ran into an ancient building deep in the jungle. Cameron says it the Jungle Relic and there is a legend about it named the Four Challenges. He then says to not complete the fourth and final challenge as great calamity would befall us. Solana/Lunick will then ask you if you want to go test your skills at the Jungle Relic. Clicking no will just keep on making Solana/Lunick ask you if you want to go so the only option is yes.

Going to the Jungle Relic with Solana/Lunick

After you say yes, Cameron will tell you where the Relic is and how to get to it. Owhen you are ready, head up into the jungle.

Go up and climb the vines. Then go left into the next area. As you approach the bridge Solana/Lunick will say that a Snorlax is sleeping and blocking the path but you can't do anything if people haven't filed a complaint about it. Minun and Plusle jump ahead to try and wake up the Snorlax but Solana/Lunick get angry at them and tells them to stop. They then realize that they were just trying to help and tell them to help you if we ever need it. Capture a Phanphy for it's Field Move later on.

Go up and climb the vines again but be wary of the Gligar. At the top, go up and go into the ruins. Go up and you will find the statue that Cameron was talking about.

Solana/Lunick will then search for the switch and when they find it, the entrance will open up. Do know that any Pokémon you captured up to this point will have to be released before you enter the Jungle Relic. Follow the path around to go lower into the Jungle Relic and at the end is an opening to the next area.

Three Challenges? And...[edit]

Start of Sub-Mission 1

Continue following the path until you see a doorway which you should go inside. Solana/Lunick reads an engraving which says "Challenge of Water" and what you need to do to complete it.

Challenge of Water[edit]

To start the challenge walk through the doorway and go up. You will see Gyarados and you need to avoid their attacks or you will fall off the cliff. After passing the Gyarados, you will enter another room where you will have to capture your next two bosses, Kingdra.

You and Solana/Lunick will then exit and you will see blue flames come up somewhere. Go left then up all the way to find another doorway to the right for you to enter.

Challenge of Destruction[edit]

Upon entering, Solana/Lunick will read the engraving and will say it's the "Challenge of Destruction" and what to do to complete it. Enter the doorway and Solana/Lunick will say that you need to destroy the stones in the way but there are no Pokémon to be found. Walk to the center of the room and step on the button and a Gligar and Bagon will appear for you to capture.

Salamance is kind of a hard capture. If you don't circle him quick enough then he will quake the floor with flames. He also uses a beam. The key to capturing it is to stay calm and be patient.

Completing Challenge of Destruction

Once Salamence is captured, the challenge is completed, the stone vanishes and Salamence flies away. After that, you and Solana/Lunick head out of the room and you will see purple flames appear. Go down and go to the left. Go over the bridge and after a short bit there is a path to go up and you will see a statue of Entei. Solana/Lunick will say it's a legendary Pokémon and it's born once in a blue moon when a volcano erupts. Go back down to the intersection and continue going left until you see two people blocking a doorway. They will say they are doing research and they won't move. Go up the stairs and follow the path to get to the next doorway.

Challenge of Wind[edit]

To start the challenge, go up through the doorway. This challenge is simple and all you have to do is walk across the room to the next room while there are heavy winds blowing which can change direction. Take the left path and be careful when you are turning as the wind can blow you off the path and you have to restart. Once in the next room walk up and you will see a Flygon appear whom you must capture.

Flygon flies of the screen alot but comes back to attack with consective whirlwinds and you have to loop around him in between the whirlwinds. Once Flygon is captured, the stone will vanish and Flygon will fly away. The challenge is completed and you and Solana/Lunick head out. You will see green flames appear.

Upon exiting the challenge, Solana/Lunick will ask you if you want to check out the last challenge but to not do it. Go back to the blocked doorway to find that the two people are gone. Go inside the doorway.

Challenge of Fire[edit]

Upon entering, Solana/Lunick will say that the engraving is badly damaged but they think it was done on purpose to stop people from completing it. Head up into the doorway to take a peak at the challenge. Follow either path and right before the boss you bump into the Go-Rock Quads.

Go-Rock Quads in the Challenge of Fire

The Quads say that the Charizard is in a world of suffering so you should capture it to calm it down. Charizard then goes on a rampage and you have to chase it until it challenges you. Be careful as flames will shoot up and they can knock you off the edge of the path.

Charizard launches fire into the sky which lands on the floor and creates flames that you have to avoid when doing your loops. It is advised to use Minun/Plusle as soon as he is done shooting fire into the sky to paralyze him and make the capture easier. Once Charizard is captured, it will fly off and the Go-Rock Quads will congratulate you. They also thank you for helping them complete the fourth challenge. Solana/Lunick says that the fourth challenge wasn't done but Tiffany says capturing Charizard was the challenge and they tricked you into doing it.

Entei statue disappearing after completion of four challenges

Solana/Lunick think it's not a big deal so you guys walk out of the Jungle Relic. Once you are out of the relic the mission is finished and something unfolds which leads into the next mission.
