This stage is simple and short. You are riding along a track, and there's an enemy hanging on the rail trying to attack you.
Stay close to the back of the rail. As the hand approaches, jump over it to avoid any damage. The large enemy isn't much of a threat, although there are some bullets that get fired at you from the side.
To defeat the enemy, simply fire constantly. He slips from the rail as he takes damage, but doesn't otherwise become more aggressive.
