Once the six Cattle have appeared, below the two CG30s, eight UFOs will fly into view (from the left and right sides of the screen); once you have fired a shot at each of them, to kill them, six more UFOs will fly up into view, from the bottom-left corner of the screen. Once you have fired out a shot at each of them to kill them, a fifteenth UFO will fly down into view from the top-left corner of the screen athen beam up the sixth Cattle, as the text "HELP" appears on the screen - and once you have fired a shot at this UFO to kill it, the text "THANK YOU" will appear on the screen as the Cattle slowly falls back down to the ground (but, if you should accidentally shoot the Cattle itself, the text "OUCH" will appear on the screen, as it moos from the Yamaha YM-2610). A sixteenth UFO will then fly down into view from the top-right corner of the screen and beam up the first Cattle, as the text "HELP" appears on the screen; once you have fired a shot at this UFO, to kill it, the text "THANK YOU" will appear on the screen, as the Cattle slowly falls back down to the ground (but again, if you accidentally shoot the Cattle itself, the text "OUCH" will appear on the screen as it moos from the Yamaha YM-2610). Eight more UFOs will then fly into view from the left side of the screen - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, a twenty-fifth UFO shall fly down into view from the top of the screen, then fly around erratically before beaming up the second Cattle as the text "HELP" appears upon the screen. Once you have fired a shot at this UFO, to kill it, the text "THANK YOU" will appear on the screen, as the Cattle slowly falls back down to the ground (but once again, if you accidentally shoot the Cattle itself, the text of "OUCH" will appear on the screen as it moos from the Yamaha YM-2610); three more UFOs will then zigzag down into view, from the top of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at all of them to kill them, a twenty-ninth UFO will fly down into view from the top of the screen and fly around erratically before beaming up the fifth Cattle as the text "HELP" appears on the screen - and once you have fired a shot at this UFO to kill it, the text of "THANK YOU" will appear upon the screen, as the Cattle slowly falls back down to the ground (but yet again, if you accidentally shoot the Cattle itself, the text "OUCH" will appear on screen, as it moos from the Yamaha YM-2610). Three more UFOs shall then zigzag down into view, from the top of the screen; once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, six more UFOs will fly into view from the left side of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each of these, to kill them, two more UFOs shall fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen - and once you have fired a shot at both of them to kill them six more UFOs will fly down into view from the top-left and top-right corners of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, two more UFOs will fly down into view from the top of the screen, then beam up the third and fourth Cattle, as the text "HELP" appears on the screen; once you have fired a shot at both of these UFOs to kill them, the text "THANK YOU" will appear on the screen as the Cattle slowly fall back down to the ground (but for the fifth time, if you accidentally shoot the Cattle themselves, the text "OUCH" will appear on the screen, as they moo from the Yamaha YM-2610). You will then receive 5000 bonus points for every Cattle you have (if you still have all six, you will receive an additional "PERFECT" bonus, of 20000 points), along with the points for every UFO you killed (there was a total of forty-eight).

The game will then return to the zone selection screen, and you will have ten seconds to choose between World 2A and World 2B (if you chose World 1A at the start of the game) or World 2B and World 2C (if you chose World 1B); but, if you're playing the US version, you will just proceed to World 2A.
